Daily Harassment for

I was contacted recently and informed that I've been handed over for an account outstanding from 2014. I informed them that I really can't remember the account and told them that it is strange as this is the 1st time I've been contacted. I never received an account via mail, email, sms or phone call until now. I asked that they should email me the account. After that I've been harassed, sometimes even 3 phone calls per day. Every time I have to explain the whole story to the person on the other side and every single time spell my email address letter by letter and up until now still no email has been received from them. I spoke to a supervisor and I've send her an email so that there will be no errors in my email address. *** this is the email that I contacted. I requested the following as I have consumer rights and feel that after 5 years you suddenly want proof of payment to a doctor that I've never heard of.

- I want a statement of the so called account that has been handed over, as I do not know where this account has come from. - I want the documents signed by me to give permission for these 'so called' tests - I want a proof of correspondence regarding this matter between the period of this account up until now, in other words the rest of the 4 almost 5 years. Registered letters received by my which I signed for. - Proof of emails, sms and phone call reminders - Voice recordings prior to this past week where I've been contacted to be reminded by about this account.

I've requested the above from every person that I've spoken to these past few weeks and every time I spell my email address, even ask them to read it back to ensure that all is well and still no email received.

I want URGENT RESPONSE regarding this matter as you are harassing me and you are withholding the information that I've requested. This is surely not legal practice.
