Continuous threats after account was paid
Vericred continues to make threats, months after accounts have been paid as well as proof thereof has been sent. On 13 May 2015 I received a letter stating an amount that I owe to Ampath (after adding additional costs of their own). I then sent a proof of payment, showing that my account had already been paid to Ampath on 22 April 2015 and should never have been handed over to them for collection. Now, 2 months later they are still sending sms' regarding an outstanding account.

Contrary to your statements, please be guided that you have a total of three (3) outstanding Ampath accounts that was handed over for collection due to non-payment by you. You have paid the one account in April but there are still two outstanding accounts. Under the circumstances you will thus still be contacted by our Nelspruit Branch with regards to these accounts for which you are liable plus the legal collection fees. It will thus be in your own interest to settle the accounts to eliminate the accrual of additional costs.
