Good day Paul R, thank you for your report. Contrary to your comments, you are not being 'harassed' as you claim, but our records reflect that you have a total of 6 ( SIX ) outstanding overdue medical  accounts  (mostly regarding blood tests) which you did not pay and for which you are liable as the main member and whereby our clients instructed us to collect the outstandig monies on their behalf. As your accounts were handed over for collection to a debt collector registered with the Council for Debt Collectors, there are naturally collection fees applicable in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998. The relevant fees by a debt collector is evident on the website of the Council for your perusal: www.cfdc.org.za. VeriCred will thus still utilise all available tools in the collection processes to collect from you on these outstanding 6 accounts until they are settled in full. However, should you have paid any of these accounts in the interim, kindly forward the relevant proof to us as a matter of urgency to be able to follow up with our clients in this regard. Thanking you, VeriCred Collectiosns.
