I had a huge problem with MTN in 2021 with a phone contract that I took out and returned within 24hrs.the consultant at mtn sent me a letter stating that the contract was cancelled I continued to be billed for this and was handed over to vericred without my knowledge. I heard nothing from mtn since 2022. This year I was called my a consultant at Vericred who provided me with an incorrect email address. Upon receiving even more sms with links that don't work and a WhatsApp service that provided an email which I sent the documents to to try and sort this issue out I have received no communication. Vericred has now taken to calling me and when I answer the phone and say hello the phone is put off in my ear. How is a person supposed to solve their problems when the company is unwilling to help you. This is mtn and vericreds fault and I am trying to solve the problem but cannot as they are useless and unwilling to help!
