Clearance letter request
My RCS Game account was handed over to VeriCred and final payment I believe was made in December '17. I have sent emails to ********** with no response. I even called Game and was redirected to VeriCred. What is still required for the clearance letter to be sent to me?

Now how does one change their rating from a 2 to a 5?
