Clearance Letter

In 2013/2014 I was a student at Capricorn tvet college funded by nfsas but after two trimesters we were told that there is a shortfall so we owe the college money an we must pay through vericred it was a total of R12754 in 2018 my mother paid R5000 to the college account then i paid the remaining in installment from 2018 to 2019 through debit order and also by pep so after clearing my debt vericred do not want to give me the letter to show that i paid .I have been trying to get hold of them through whatsap without any help and unfortunately the polokwane branch is now closed and now capricorn took me to credit intel to pay the same installment i cleared 2019.
