Clearance letter.

I've called Vericred a number of times trying to get a clearance letter. They either remain silent on the phone till they hung up, say I'll receive it within 24-48 hours which doesn't happen or say they checked on their system and saw that I requested it and therefore need to speak to a manager and then hang up.

I finished paying last year October and getting the clearance letter has been such a hassle.
