Clearance certificate
I have paid off my debt for almost 3 months now. I have been calling asking for clearance certificate that shows that I have paid off my account. Everytime my call gets transferred to a different telephone number that does not pick up at all. How will I ever get my clearance certificate and do you even issue them. Because I have been calling asking for it in vain. Ref ***
