Clear my name please

I had an account with game and I skipped some payments ,so they handed me over to VERICRED DEBT COLLECTORS.so at june I called VERICRED asking for a settlement amount and they told me its R3,458.42 I then told them that can you deduct the money the following month which is July 15 and they said "okay then give us your banking details so we can make a debit order for you"i gave them my banking details and they told me that the debit of R3,458.42 will go off on the 15 July and it will be written REVERICRED ***.

On they 15 July of I saw I debit order from REVERICRED I then knew its them as we made an agreement,and all I could remember is that the amount its R3400 and something.

15 August I got another debit order of R934.02 from REVERICRED,so I disputed it immediately caused I didn't make any agreement of that amount and all I knew is that I settled my debt with them.

Three days later or so i got a call from moeketsi from VERICRED potchefstroom and the first thing he said was my brother I made a huge mistake,"when I made the debit order for you on june I made a debit order of R3458.00 instead of R3458.42". So he asked me to reverse the money and go to spar or shoprite and pay it in cash. I told him that currently I'm away from shops I don't know if I can do that but I'll see.and I told him that do you know that my bank charges me money when I reverse money and he said he knows but he apologizes for his mistakes.

So I didn't manage to reverse the money and pay it cash like he asked me to do... Two days later he called and asked me if I managed to reverse and pay cash and I told him no I didn't manage to do it,he then said okay and dropped the call.

Later on I got a call from a different person and he said his calling from VERICRED and he said "when are you going to pay your outstanding money of R934.02?"I asked him how cause I gave you guys my banking details to debit the settlement amount and he said apparently the person who was making the debit order made a mistake and didn't do the full amount and left out 42 cent...I then said its your guys mistake not mine and he said yes we know it's our mistake but you have to pay R934.02 or else your name wont be cleared from us. I asked him how did it get to R934.02 if you guys only missed out a 42 cents and he said this is what it is you must just pay or your name wont be cleared.
