Claiming I owe Medicross Boksburg but I dont
I have had several phone calls with this company when they call me and also when I call them.<br> They claiming I owe Medicross Boksburg money but I don't this was confirmed several times with Medicross Boksburg several times and I have also emailed Vericred with the contact details for the relevant person to speak to at Medicross. I'm getting harassed by all these phone calls.<br>

Thank you for your report. You are correct in that you do not owe Medicross Boksburg any monies. However, you were previously handed over by Medicross for your overdue unpaid account which was settled however there is still the legal collection fees outstanding in terms of the Debt Collectors Act for which you are liable because you were handed to a debt collection company. Be that as it may, we have agreed to waive the outstanding costs as a gesture of goodwill on your Medicross Boksburg account and as such the account was closed with VeriCred. You will not be contacted again for your Medicross account. However kindly take cognisance of the fact that you have another unpaid account which was handed over for collection which you will still be contacted for payment of the handover amount coupled with the collection fees accrued.
