CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!
Making payments every month. They dont update the payments but charge you for an sns, email, trace, contacting relative ect. I told you I am unemployed.I lost my job after spending 2 months in the ICU fighting for my life. I am 50 dependant just on my husbands income. If I did not pay I could see reasons as to way all these extra charges are on my account. You guys are ripping people off left right and centre.

Further to your comments, please note that your overdue accounts were handed over to a registered debt collector. There are naturally charges involved in the collection of outstanding debt. Kindly take cognisance that we are registered with the Council for Debt Collectors (CFDC) and our fees are strictly in adherence to the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998, Annexure B. The relevant charges by a debt collector is evident for your perusal on the council's website: www.cfdc.org.za.
Our records reflect that you recently had 6 pathologist accounts handed over for collection, of which 4 are settled. Your comments of "they don't update payments..." is not true, as it is evident that you have made all payment to your service provider, i.e. our client, and not into our bank account, which they give through on a daily basis.
Should you however have proof of payments made whereby you claim are not allocated, we hereby urgently and amicable request you to forward such proof to be able to investigate the allegations.
