Can this matter please be resolved now?

It can be quite confusing as we note you have a total of three (3) overdue pathologist accounts which were handed over for collection by our client in January and March 2019 respectively.  You have subsequently made payments to the accounts on 06 May 2019: Account 1:  you only paid our client's handover/capital portion, however, you are liable to also settle the collection fees accrued in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998. Account 2:  you also only paid the handover amount and the outstanding balance is in regards the collection fees accrued for which you are liable. Account 3: you paid a small amount, there is still a portion of the handover amount outstanding plus the collection cost. The costs charged by a debt collector is evident on the Council for Debt Collectors'' website for your perusal: www.cfdc.org.za. Be that as it may, to provide clarity and ease of reference, we shall arrange to forward you our agent statements coupled with our client's invoices on all three accounts in question reflecting the relevant details as described above as well as the banking details etc. Regards, VeriCred Collections
