can carte blanch please investigate this company
i'm being harassed for 2 years about a R235 bill that I don't have any knowledge of. They cannot provide any proof of this debt but still keep telling me I owe. they sent me a statement with no info about what or who I alledgedly owe money to with 48 sms's phone calls and emails. R3.22 per sms. R20 per email etc.
all ive been requesting is a copy of the invoice with my signature on it to prove I owe this money and I would gladly pay, I will not however pay for sms's and all that

Further to your claims of harassment and to 'investigate this company', we can assure you the company is perfectly legitimate. An outstanding and overdue pathologist account was handed over for collection in July of last year due to non-payment by you. and as such not '2 years' as is being claimed. Be that as it may, our client handed the account over to VeriCred Collections, who is registered with the Council for Debt Collectors and ADRA and instructed us to collect the outstanding monies. We have in the interim received the invoice/statement in question from our client with the relevant details and date of service, which will be forwarded to yourself under separate advice to the mail address evidenced in this report.
