The institution that i owed handed me over to them. They will deduct your money and when you call to get the balance of your loan it is still the same, it has not decreased even after a year of paying them. They do not even send the institution updates in students who are paying and their balances and that gives me a set back because I cannot register at that institution while still owing it.

Our records reflect that your overdue account was handed over in 2019 and you started paying 4 years later in 2023: you pay via debicheck at present and contrary to your comments on this forum, ALL monies paid by you thus far have been paid over and are being paid over to the institution on a regular basis in terms of the contract.
Be that as it may, an agent will contact you in due course to explain your outstanding account and the interest being charged, you will also receive a statement of the account in question.
