Bullying tactics
<p>This company repeatedly phones me about an account. When I ask for the mandate from the company to collect these monies and for a detailed account, they say they can't do so and just after that I got another threatening SMS. This is unacceptable!</p>
Good day, thank you for your report. The company contacts you about three overdue accounts that were handed over for collection. Further to the reference number supp****, we have investigated with the relevant branch and requested a statement (invoice) from our client pertaining all the relevant details regarding the account in question. Upon receipt it will be forwarded to you under separate advice to the email address as stated in this report.
