Being ignored after paying in full.zero balance letter not send!!!
Good day all My name is Alpheous Thabang Mampuru.i paid my jet acc off with vericred collections,a month later I'm still waiting for my zero balance letter. It seems like to get vericred collections to do the right thing is through this platform.how hard is it to send a zero balance letter on email? Isn't it supposed to be automated after you settle.how am i supposed to close the account without this letter?we supposed to be recommending you guys to our friends who may be struggling with debt but we can't because of your behaviour.i paid in full,but now I'm still at your messy.send me my letter so I can put Jett account behind me. apparently I can't do nothing without this letter.

I'm glad to say my query with vericred was handled within a week of writing my review.i got my paid up letter and my account has been closed.is regrettable that I had to come to hello Peter for my matter to be fixed.but it was handled Swiftly and with no hassle.thank you.
