Bad vericred debt collectors
My mtn account was handed over to vericred Randburg branch particularly and they collected the settlement amount from me to close mtn account last year2021 now i went to do credit score check only to find out that mtn account is still active they didn't send paidup letter to mtn and i tried calling them they give me bad attitude promise me lies that they will send paidup letter and they never did, they hangup on call when i call them ,they just a bad company to deal with plz hellopeter help... I don't knw what to do cuz vericred refuses to help me and all the agents have bad attitude they refuse even to call me back after they i used my airtym to call them and they dnt assist me

The said letter needs to be provided to your service provider (i.e. our client), who blacklisted you prior to handover, in order to have your adverse details updated on all credit bureaux.
