BAD SERVICE SPORTSCENE / VERICRED
Good day ,
So irate no one gets back to me , also this has been going for years , My Sportsscene account ***0 was handed over to Vericred, after I informed TFG that i was unemployed and requested the necessary documents to claim for insurance on my account , all my emails were ignored ,
Now I am paying instalments to vericred and no communication when I request my balance . I am now paying so much interest when all this could have been avoided had TFG just done has I requested .
I need urgent attention to the matter as I am not winning .

Further to your comments, due to the fact that we are only allowded skeleton staff to work at present, there are some problems being experienced. Be that as it may, we shall arrange for an agent to contact you shortly and forward you te necessary information on your account which was handed over for collection. Kind regards

Can a consultant or manager please take the time to draft me an email or send me a statement of my account , I just logged in to the consumer portal and my balance stays R12000 + rand when do you update the payments I have made , I previously advised that email is the best form of communication please do not call me and then you want to add unanswered called to my bill . I have sent an email to requesting this , and yes due to covid19 skelton staff blah blah blah... I seem to only get a response once I complain on here. To date i have paid R2500 but no change in the balance once again forward me a billing statement reflecting all my all my payments ... so that I can get rid of this debt, its ridiculous how you charge interest on account that you already paid for. Please note I am logging an complaint at the debt counsel board as well .
I repeat do not arrange for an agent to call me , I NEED EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND TO MY EMAIL ALSO A STATEMENT REFLECTING ALL MY PAYMENTS ,
