Bad service from Vericred

I am so disgusted with the incompetency and ignorance of this company of which i am beginning to question whether it is legit or not as their practice is not with accordance with the law. I was handed over to this business by Redcross and they sent me an email stating that I was handed over and they did not even warn me or notify me, because I would have paid that amount in full just as I did, but just handed me over to the bureau, now I contacted them and enquired about my account and inspoke to the lady by the name Anthea and she gave me an incorrect reference number after which I settled the account and then I called back trying to find out if they received the funds sent them an email but Anthea did not respond back to me, then i called someone else and was told that she did the mistake and Gabe an incorrect reference number, but Anthea did not do anything about that and has not gotten back to my emails. I have spent so much Airtime trying to get assistance but no one wants to assist me all that they do is drop calls after I told them who I am. Can someone please what kind of company is this and what steps do I need to take to rectify this and clear my name of the bureau.
