Bad service from Vericred
I finished paying off my debt on the 16/04/2023 that was handed over from MTN. since I have been calling Vericred they keep hanging up my calls.rude consultants very bad service.
If I knew where to report them coz I really need to clear my name off that debt

25 Apr 2023, 14:10The ID number is captured incorrectly from your side.you made a mistake and I paid for someone’s else account .my R17125 I need it back while you correct my information and I will back pay back again.I worked so hard to get this money and this is what I get after setting my debt?.I cannot take that letter to MTN with an incorrect ID on it I need my money back please
