Bad Service
I would like to share my experience with VeriCred. I recently finished paying my account . I phoned them requesting for a paid up letter the lady who assisted me cant remember her name re-assured she will email it to me. I phone again twice but I was sent from pillar to post, call just drops and nobody bothers to call me back. I have settle the balance and all I need is paid up later.
