Bad service and dishonesty

Vericred collection , called me last week to make an arrangement for my intelia account payment.i paid R301, and promised to call me today Tuesday 06/07/2021, we made an arrangement to pay on 26th of every month. To my surprise they debited my money against my will , not what we agreed or entailed in the arrangement.i spoke to a gentleman who first introduced himself as Malvern...My problem is that I have to pay R900 in one month when the arrangement is suppose to be R300 .When I told Malvern that I'm going to complain he then told me he is not Malvern his name is actually Meshach Mthimkhulu. They refused to reverse the debit order that they themselves know we did not agree on.I feel taken for the ride because they admitted they made an era to that affects me and they are not willing to take responsibility for it.
