Bad service and arrogant stuff members

I regret the day I fell behind with my Truworths account until they handed it over to this company called VeriCred. The bad service that I received from their Bloemfontein branch is the worst ever. Their call centre has been calling me day and night and even when I’m in the loo to pay this account.

I managed to pay this account in full, now I’m in need of my clearance certificate from them, no one can assist me. I call them everyday to ask about the letter I’m being told that it has been requested. I don’t know from where. I even made further steps in contacting their client services even them they are as useless as their branches. I was put on hold till I hang up.

Why are they doing this to me? Why can’t anyone assist me. I’m sick and tired of this company and their stuff. They are very arrogant and things they are all that
