Bad customer service
This company's customer service is full of ****. I texted on Whatsapp they blue tick my messages whereas they have been calling me non stop to pay. When I have paid all the money and need proof so that I can take it to school and get my degree. No one is responding, even on calls no one is assisting one lady said she will said me a statement showing that I don't owe anything. Until now nothing.
