Bad credit collection company
After months of communication between Vericred despite giving proof of payments to ,we are still being hounded by this unprofessional poorly trained staff. The agents simply dont know what they talking about and fail to provide any documentation.

01 Feb 2021, 15:38Hello NEIL, thank you for your report. Please take cognisance that we are not a 'credit' collection company, but 'debt' collectors. Be that as it may, your overdue pathologist account was handed over for collection by our client who instructed us to collect the outstanding monies on their behalf. The account was subsequently paid to our client and the outstanding balance was in respect of the legal collection fees accrued. We have however agreed to waive these costs and your account was subsequently finalised and closed accordingly. Thank you.
