Asking for money on an debt consulting account that's paid up
I had a RCS account that was paid up to another debt collection company via my debtor collector in 2016. Recently i have been receiving harassment calls asking for payment. I told the lady it's paid up and she said the balance is collecting fees. NOT MY PROBLEM. THIS ACCOUNT IS SETTLED. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME, if i receive one more call i will report Vericred to the NCR.

VeriCred Collections is registered with the Council for Debt Collectors as well as the Association of Debt Recovery Agents (ADRA). The account in question is not settled and there is still a portion legal collection costs outstanding for which you are duly liable in accordance with the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998.
