If I was able to give a rating of negative stars I surely would do it.
This company is hounding me about an alleged account but cannot provide any proof of any outstanding accounts.
I have tried on numerous occasions via email and phone calls to get the issue resolved, but none of them are responding to my requests.
I have again sent an email today to their Randburg branch requesting information. If this is not answered, my next step will be to lodge a formal complaint with the National Council for Debt Collectors and to open a case of harassment at SAPS.

If the requested information is not received by COB tomorrow (25 January 2024), I will lodge a formal complaint at the NDC and lay a charge of harassment at the SAPS.
