On the 24th of January, I posted a review on this platform about how this company is hounding me about an alleged outstanding account, and how they refuse to provide any information.

In their response, on the 24th of January, they again alleged that there are two outstanding accounts, and promised to provide the necessary documents to substantiate their claim. Up until the time that this review is posted, I am yet to receive any correspondence as they have promised.

However, since the promises were made on the 24th, I have been contacted again, on three different occasions, by three different agents, with the same allegations, but refusing to provide any documents.

I am now at my wit's end, and if I do not receive their documents by the close of business on the 29th of January, I will lodge an official complaint at the Council for Debt Collectors.
