Appauling customer service
Could I kindly obtain a reponse from vericred.I have vericred on several occasions via email I am unemployed for 6 years.The person assisting me with a payment arrangement of a R100 has lost there job.Therefore I am awaiting assistance as soon as funds become available.*** reference number.My cell phone is not working hence I can't answer your call centre calls or make calls i have access to emails only.I have sent numerous emails to George and your customer service email address.If the call centre calls me every one hour in the day i can't answer it my phone is. Not working if anybody from vericred took the time to read my emails your company would have been.notified regarding my delay in payment
