answers please
why do i get a message from your where i had i slight problem and i have been paying each month now the email states (We have made several bona fide attempts to recover the abovementioned debt from yourself, which attempts have been to no avail.) i have all my slips to proof im paying as arranged with you guys. it was only one payment that never went through due to banking issues im still busy with. it seems you guys are leing on your reports by saying people dont pay or that you so called a person lately only calls i have recieved from you was thank you for the payment. so what is the actual problem.

Kindly note that it is standard practice to forward communication by a registered debt collector to a debtor by means of sms, email, phone calls, as your outstanding account was handed over for collection. It serves mainly as a reminder to make payment or to continue with payments.
