Answer your phones
These guys don't answer their phones. I have been calling MTN trying to make arrangements about payments but they told me the account was handed over to these guys of which not even once i ever received any call from them. The account now has turned my credit profile from bad to worse and when you try to call them they don't bother answering their phones. this is frustrating and very unprofessional
