AMPATH ACCOUNT

below is a copy of the mail I sent in January this year. I have been making monthly payments and sending proof by email but I am being threatened with legal action.

Good day

Please note that I have tried to contact you regarding the attached because I am confused and the lady I spoke to hung up on me.

I understand that I owe ampath an amount of R1580.15 for tests on 3 different occasions as follows: 1154.05 287.00 139.10 My concern is that I have a total amount owing on 1 statement but Ampath is handing me over to different vericred branches and I now have more than 1 debit order on my account from you, which I cannot afford.

On the 27th Sep and amount of R150.00 was debited successfully after I agreed to the debit order arrangement when I received a call from vericred. An amount of R150.00 went off again this morning. Please note that I have asked the vericred witbank branch to increase my debit order to R200.00 from 27th November. Please note that this is all I can afford until the 1580.15 is paid up. I cannot afford to have different branches of vericred debiting different amounts from my account. I will need to reverse the additional debit order of R212 that also went off today as I was not aware that there would be separate debit orders. I am unable to make 3 different payments. I am willing to pay R200.00 monthly until the full amount is paid up. May I request the total reflecting on this statement be handled by 1 vericred branch as I am already paying.

Hoping that my arrangement will be acknowledged.

Good dat Thulisane, we refer to your previous report. We hereby place on record that our agents were in contact with yourself in this regard. You have a total of three overdue Pathologist accounts which were handed over for collection and we confirm that all three the accounts were allocated to one branch and are being handed by one consultant. Regards, VeriCred Collections

Best regards,
