Account Settlement

Good Day,

Last week I called in and wanted to pay my CPUT student account finish, but whenever I call and ask to speak to the person dealing with my account then that person is always busy or never in. I asked if there is anyone else I could speak to about this, but they said they will take my details and ask the person to call me back. It's the second week and no contact has been made.

All I want to do is to pay my CPUT account and register to study this year. I also need a paid up letter requested by CPUT , according to them my amount outstanding is R3 854.90 and Vericred has an amount of +- R 6000.

On the 31 August I paid an amount of R1 750 into CPUT's account and this is what I needed to speak to someone at Vericred about.

Could someone please contact me from Vericred Bellville I am so tired of calling and no one answer the phones.
