ACCOUNT SETTLED, STRUGGLING TO GET A CLEARANCE LETTER

<p>I settled my foschini (Ref: 90 ********** 98207 ) account on the 15th of June and they confirmed that they have received the payment and I also paid for a clearance which I was told it takes only 2-3 days but up until today I have not received it. I have been making follow up calls but with no help they keep saying they will call me back. I need that foschini account to be removed off my credit profile as soon as possible. I settled the account so that they can stop harassing me but now that I have paid up the account they don't seem to care. I am tired qha!</p>
