Pathetic service, phone you and insults you even if your account is payed up. can;t give you details about your account, can't send an statement via mail. Can't even speak pronounce a Name or Surname.

Further to your comments of which we have taken cognisance, our records reflect that you had a total of twenty overdue accounts handed over for collection of which twelve is settled to date. There is thus still eight outstanding accounts which requires payment. We note that the account reference quoted by by you in this report is not paid up with an outstanding balance and with active payments. We shall arrange accordingly for our Randburg branch to forward you the statement reflecting the currenct reflection of the account for your perusal. Kind regards.
