You make a very serious accusation, yet you do not provide the relevant details of the account(s) in question to investigate your claims accordingly? Contrary to your comments, please take cognisance that we will under no circumstances claim any monies "falsely", we are a reputable debt collection company whereby our clients hand over overdue, outstanding accounts from debtors which they did not pay and instruct us to collect on their behalf.
Please provide the account details where it is requested in this forum in order to trace the account which you allege is ...'false claims". We will forward you the relevant information and if you have settled, as you claim it is 'falsely claimed', you are to provide the relevant proof of payment.
