Our records reflect that you have 2 (TWO) overdue and outstanding accounts handed over for collection. Payments were subsequently effected by you to only one of the accounts as you used incorrect references resulting in the one account reflecting paid up with an excess amount and the other account thus still outstanding.
Be that as it may, we will arrange for our Accounts Dept. to transfer the excess amount to the outstanding account and will forward you the updated statement of the outstanding account to your email address as stipulated in this review.
