Poor service, lack of communication and lying

I ENCOUNTERED a lady by the name of Militia Pillay who is bar far the most unprofessional, ********* and untruthful consultant I have encountered. I have submitted my information to her to apply for BBBEE verification. I have submitted all the required information from my side but has not acknowledged the receipt of my documents.I called and only then did she confirm that she is in possession of my documents. I was promised my BBBEE certificate within a week but 4 weeks later I am still waiting for the certificate. I politely asked her what the hold up was and she got agitated and slammed the phone in my face. I have tried to escalate the matter to a supervisor but this has proved to be a fruitless exercise as there seems to be no supervisor or clear line of authority. I urge people to stay away from this organisation. They are unprofessional and ***********
