Disappointed in service delivery

I consulted Vericom to do my company's B-BBEE certificate and I was given a lady by the name of Militia Pillay. She took long to get back to me regarding my application and that led to my certificate being delayed delivery. I, a concerned client, have been communicating with Militia via e-mail and I felt like I was managing her as I discovered that once my certificate was done, it was not going to be sent to my preferred address but would rather sit in the Vericom office. I discovered that the lady dealing with courier was not aware of my certificate that it should be couriered. With Vericom before your application can be processed, one has to send a proof of payment and if you would like it couriered there's a fee attached to it. I acknowledged the policy/protocol and did likewise. Even after e-mailing the proof of payment with the my preffered address I was asked questions about paying the mail fee, this was a week later after the process started.<br> <br> It has been an unpleasant experience dealing with Militia and I don't see us continuing with business.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Kagiso
