Vericlaim terrible service

I paid what I owed to Dr Rambaros at Kingsway Hospital 2 months ago (actually paid it twice!) and still keep receiving emails from vericlaim saying i haven't paid despite having sent bank pdf proof of payment and emailed them 3 times! I have now just received a statement of final demand. I am at my wits end trying to prove my innocence! Terrible service!!
