Given over to Dept wrongly

They just do what they want given me over toe LexMED but never submitted anything to my medical aid. Thandile from Vericlaim never gets back via emails. She claimed since January that I need to pay and after I said no this is something for the medical aid she handed me over to lexMED and according to my medical aid she never Claimed for that concultation...why do I need to pay if my medical aid could have paid it?? I have proof on all my claims and from GEMS that she NEVER Claimed. Yes I am responsible for the payment but the fact remain I have a medical aid that could have paid for it as my medical aid was not exhausted if it was, it would have been a different situation...but during my pregnancy she always emailed me that this amount is outstanding before even sent to GEMS...This was my third pregnancy and never ever has this happend, if something was not paid from the medical aid I was assisted...but this new Lady just does what she wants!
