The most *********** and arrogant company. Got a sms threatening legal action, however, this is the first I heard of the outstanding balance (R500).... 3 months later. After a long discussion with this disgusting and arrogant call centre agent, figured out that they made a typo on the email address. No apology for their mistake and threats, just more arrogance.
