What pathetic service

<p>I hired goods from this place for an event on 07/05/2016.</p> <p>I paid my invoice immediately via eft and sent them proof.</p> <p>They collected their stuff on 09/05/2016 and by 10/05/2016 promised that they will pay my deposit back as soon as i give them my banking details.</p> <p>On 11/05/2016 i gave them my banking details and have had to beg for my money back ever since then. They keep claiming that the branch number is wrong. I gave them my details twice plus i even gave them the name of my branch.</p> <p>They stopped replying to my mails until i called on 24/05/2016 to complain. Thereafter I received an email in CAPITAL LETTERS! demanding my branch code again.</p> <p>These people are ridiculous and have absolutely no people s****s. Do they understand that the clients are doing them a favour by using their business?? Without clients, they would have no business. Thank you Mari-louise, your service was abosolutely pathetic!!!!!!!</p>
