EXCELLENT SERVICE

<p>We took my vehicle in for wheel balancing and alignment on 10/03/2017. We were assisted in a friendly and efficient manner from the start. Once we left the premises, there seemed to be a problem with the vehicle and we went back to discuss it with them. The person who had assisted with the wheel alignment asked to test drive the vehicle with my husband and agreed that there was a problem. It was found that the problem was due to the tyre wear on the vehicle and not due to any fault of Vereeniging Tyres.</p> <p> </p> <p>That said, the team that assisted us were still willing to assist us to try their best to remedy the situation in the short term. They took the time to identify what the problem was and explained every step of the way what they were doing to fix it. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was eventually nearing closing time but they were never rushed or eager to get the job done and really went above and beyond to assist. After being let down on more than one occasion by another tyre company it was surprising and refreshing to deal with the team at Vereeniging Tyres.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep up the excellent work, thank you for making us feel valued and important!</p>
