Worst customer service have ever dealt with

My experience was the worst,I was referred by my sister in law to them because i was looking for a 2bedroom flat.I went there and asked to view the places,They only gave me keys and didnt have any agent to show me the flats,Had to find my own way.I went to those places and was confused some keys couldn't open.i ended up viewing 1 flat out of 4places because it was so frustrating looking for flats you donot know.Another thing,Their flats were dirty,They donot clean them after a tenant left.I went back to take back the keys,I explained and suggest a better service bt the reception lady was rude and got attitude.I will never go back there.
