Meter reading
Good morning Hello Peter I'm staying in Vereeniging in a flat under Vereeniging Trust agency. My flat is R3300 excluding water, refusal so I normally pay R3800 or if it's winter I pay roughly R4000.
This month statement is a nightmare to me. It says R47 12 and when I check water or meter reading it says R1242 of which I don't get it cos every month water is less than R500 n again this month i spend a week without electricity so i used to go out and boil, bath n cook somewhere else. This is the first time paying so much money for water since 2014
May you please assist me on this issue

25 Oct 2018, 08:24I tried to call them, I wanted to know why the amount of water is too high this month. They told me that is the water that I used nothing they can do. To start with we don't use bath, we boil water(2 cattle for 1 person) to bath n we use a dish

26 Oct 2018, 06:43If you need a proof of payments il forward them to you cos nothing has changed in my flat since 2014 until now. Where are they getting R1240 for only water in one month as if I'm running a business.i didn't use R1240 and I'm still saying that
