left over shells posing as a lobster

<p>I'm writing this with utter disgust and disbelief. So last night we went to monticasino for dinner to celebrate my brothers birthday. We descided to go to this restaurant called Verdicchio restaurant and wine cellar (shop no 9, Montecasino, Fourways, Jonannesburg there number is ********** /70. We were a party of 8 everything on their menu was terrible but I'm going to focus on their lobster that both me and my brother ordered. We ordered the whole 300g lobster which seemed like it was deep fried with nothingness, my shock was that there was no fish, yes you heard right no fish there was no flesh we were served a super dry shell, I even tried breaking the claws in search of any flesh to eat but dololo, I ended up just eating the vegetables on the plate. The rest of the evening was spent by the manager and wait staff all staring at us making us feel uncomfortable. We ordered starters, main course and desert and our bill came to over R3000 yes you heard right, we spent someone's entire salary on something disgusting and not worth a penny or less, on top of that we had to tip R300 I am livid that we spent so much money on the ****tiest food in food history I even took pictures. I came home hungry and made some toast which tasted 100 times better than what we were served in currently breastfeeding my 3 month old so eating is imperative. Please help me share and expose this restaurant for taking advantage of my family they knew what they were doing and got away with it, my heart is broken because R3000 was spent and more specifically the lobster which was R300 but had no meat inside I couldn't even suck on the she'll even if I wanted to, to console myself with atleast some source or flavor, there was nothing to eat on this lobster like not even a crumb I'm so heart broken and those who know me know that I never complain, we didn't make a scene because my mom was not in the mood she was too heart broken so we paid for the bill and left, but this was just disrespectful and disgusting. I've emailed them, I'm writing this on their reviews, I'm taking this to other social media platforms, I'll review them on trip adviser and google maps and yelp, If you guys know what other platforms I can lay my complaint on Please let me know I'm really upset that this had happened. The resultant picked the most vulnerable looking customers and served them terrible food they got from the toilet!!! Help me shame them!</p>
