Inadequate staff training

Verb Media is a promotional agency that is busy EXPLOITING students to run their promotions. They pressure are strict to us adhering to the criteria (amongst those being punctual) but never seem to pay us on time. Promising a 30 days in arrears payment structure it has been 35+ days without payment that us as students have to suffer when we depend on this money for transport and to fund our books for the next semester . Tried contacting them and a run-around story all the time while their accountant avoids us.
