No Voucher received as promised.

Hi, I did a survey on 14 May 2026 and on the actual information section that I have screenshots off it did not state anything about only 100 people receiving the voucher upon completion. I am assuming many people that came across it found it interesting and also decided to participate. However when it was completed no voucher was sent even thought the message said I will be getting it. Verbata then decided to send a message on 15 May 2026, just to inform me that I won't be receiving my voucher which did not seem fair at all.

Please compensate me for my time and effort and completing the survey successfully.
