Breach of offer presented

I have recently successfully completed a survey and have not received my voucher as they said I would receive it.

This is a breach of the offer presented. I expect the original terms to be honoured immediately and the promised R100 voucher to be issued to me, and to every other participant who completed the survey under the initial conditions.
